Meeting Schedule

Parents are invited to join our monthly PTA meetings. These meetings provide an excellent opportunity for parents to engage with school staff, discuss important issues, and collaborate on initiatives that benefit our students. We encourage all parents to participate in the PTA to strengthen our school community and enhance the educational experience for all students.

Meetings are hybrid: there are in-person and virtual options. The meeting link is emailed to registered parents by the School Administration the day before each meeting.

After the PTA meeting, the School Administration hosts their monthly Town Hall to update parents on important dates and topics.

Meeting Minutes

Meeting minutes are the official record of the proceedings and actions taken during Town Hall meetings. The minutes include the discussions, motions, votes, and decisions made during the meeting, as well as the agenda, sign-in sheets, and materials distributed.
