PS 165 is proud to welcome the YMCA and YANY back for the 2020-2021 school year. Due to COVID-19, there are important changes to these programs. Click or tap the image below to learn more.

YMCA​
The YMCA after school program is hosted at PS 165, and is designed to allow children to learn and grow through academic and recreational based activities. Participants are given specific times to read, complete all homework and receive extra academic support from YMCA trained counselors. Participants also receive a daily snack as well as an opportunity to participate in various athletic and non athletic activities.

Young Audiences of New York (YANY)
The YANY after school program provides arts-focused programming for our children. Its mission is to use art, in all of its forms, as a catalyst for exploring creativity and advancing equity among youth, families, and communities in New York City.
