The 2018 NYC School Survey is now open! You should have recently received a green envelope with the survey.

You can complete the survey on paper or online. To take the survey online, you need the eight-digit survey code on the bottom of the printed survey. Do you need a copy of the survey? Contact your teacher or the parent coordinator.

The due date for completing the survey is Friday, March 23rd.
